Registration Costs $265 per individual. Price includes housing and meals while in Durango. Please include all adults and children.

For each person over 6 year old that would like to register for the 2012 Ski Trip please fill out the following information:

The church will provide van transportation to and from the destination for a cost of $50 per individual.

If you choose to provide your own transportation please indicate if you are flying or driving.

You will be notified once your registration has been processed.

Once your registration has been process, you will be given 2 weeks to pay your $100 per person deposit. If payment arrangements need to be made, please contact the church office ask for Brian.
